PHOTOGRAPHY
My interest is mostly in shape, contrast and visual paradox of the printmaking process. By various distortions of presentation of the isolate form, I integrate more textural qualities to the final prints. Grappling with the theme of solitude and psychological landscapes, the process of the actual lighting setup and dark room development invites me to acknowledge a degree of uncertainty as a part of the process. But as patterns emerge you realize more successfully your vision and learn more about the limitations of the photographic media.
